Informatic Services & software Development
The Directorate of Informatic Services and Software Development reports directly to the Director of HIAST, and performs the following tasks:
1- Managing and operating the network infrastructure at HIAST, its hardware components and the Internet.
2- Managing and operating basic network services at HIAST.
3- Managing and operating HIAST’s software applications.
4- Management of computers and computer components at HIAST.
5- Implementing softwares and software applications for the benefit of HIAST and for the benefit of public and private sectors, and following up and maintaining them.
6- Follow up on the implementation of security policies necessary to control and monitor network security.
